Hello 2012! Hope all property owners are doing well. A few homes in the neighborhood have sold so please make all the new homeowners welcome. If you have a new neighbor, please send us an email so the Welcome Committee can come out and introduce ourselves to them. Go to the Contact Us tab and shoot us off an email, thanks.
UPCOMING EVENTS — The annual meeting will be held on Sunday, April 22nd at the CS Clubhouse. Please check back in early April to review the menu and to see how to make reservations for this event.
Also the Spring Garage Sale will be held the first Saturday in May on the 5th. The POA will post signs to direct traffic into the neighborhood as well as advertise in The Hickory Daily Record. This might be our only “neighborhood wide sale” in 2012. So start going through your treasures so they’ll be ready for this date.
BOARD MEMBERS — We still have one opening on the Board. If you’re looking for a volunteer position, we’d love to have you. We meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Please let us know if you’re interested.
